The SADC Water Resource Database (WRD) holds information on surface water resources and related issues in the SADC region. It is composed of a number of interlinked databases on Surface Water Bodies (SWB), Watersheds (WS), Rivers (RIV), Aquatic Species Distribution (ASD), bibliographic databases (BIB), the Aquatic Mailing List (AML) and other specialised databases on fish and fisheries. The first four database components (SWB, WS, RIV and ASD) are now available on CD-ROM with all necessary software.
